Pat Casey, the founder of Emerging Concepts, is a Washington, D.C. native and a successful business manager. In IT he gained experience in software/hardware in sales and management with 3M, Wang and Actuate. He was the founder of MEDPRO, Medtech, and Dove Medical in the medical products industries.
